Outside of school hours care (OOSH)

Our school has an on-site out of school hours care (OOSH) service operated by 3Bridges Community. This service operates before and after school. We also provide care during school holidays and school development days. This is known as vacation care.

Children and families are very welcome to come and discuss care with our trained educational leaders. When children attend our services, they are supported to develop friendships, life skills and a sense of community. Our friendly, experienced teams and qualified OOSH leaders provide a dynamic range of play-based activities that reflect your child’s interests, abilities and culture. Our services provides quality before and after school care to support families to work, study and pursue other activities.

Our OOSH vacation care service is available to all K-6 children. You do not need to be enrolled at our school to attend our OOSH vacation care service which operates during school holiday periods.

Eligible families can apply for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to reduce out-of-pocket OOSH fees.

We deliver numerous programs and activities to vulnerable people and have been supporting families for 40 years. We are very pleased to be part of the Rockdale Public School community. Our Educators collaborate with children in our care and the wider school community to create vibrant programs and opportunities which empower each child to explore, grow and learn through meaningful life experiences, social connections, play and leisure.
  • Our experienced educators ensure your child’s wellbeing while supporting them to form friendships, make their ideas a reality or just enjoy being children. Children can choose art and craft, cooking, music, games, reading, sports and free play. We serve healthy afternoon tea to all children at after school care and offer a simple breakfast at before school care. Children are encouraged to be active in the food preparation and serving process to promote independence and self esteem (children love leading this process!)
